I'd rearrange the seats in new pattern. Maybe hoops the whole way around from SW corner to the SE corner.

I suggested a branded beer which if tasted decent would sell for fun. What can we do to make more money?

- Big bouncy castle outside - Charge the kids £2 to do the huddle with Hoopy for a minute.

- Have a paintball zone near the Emirates - only green and white paint is allowed. Teams of 30 v 30 facing each other over the London Road charge a good few quid.

- Charge fans to loan a walkie talkie for the match so they can contact the GB to start a song of their choice. Radio in your favourite song eg Fan in South Stand: "Over and Over, please, over?". GB Commander: Copy fellow tim lets get this going.

- Green cheese pizza - bit different from normal pies and burgers.

- Half time sprint. 40 fans run length of the pitch. Fans can bet on the winner. Good cash for the club

Quite sure none of this has been done.
You forgot the fans sitting in Lamborghinis and other cars round pitch side revving there engines at every goal :boxer:

Some great,if offbeat ideas guys.
WRT the hotel plan, though, for what it's worth I was talking to a guy in the hotel business a few months ago & his opinion is that there is a total lack of top quality hotel space if approaching the city from the east.He thinks that a real good quality,ie,4 or 5 star hotel built at Celtic Park would be a stick on success.

My mates wife tried to buy him a half-season ticket for his Christmas. None available. Selt oot.

It's time to rebuild the South Stand and finish off the job, Dermot.

Took the stadium tour recently. Last time was in 1997? :ponder:

Although it was okay, needs revamped and updated.

The introduction video is a couple years out of date with Kris Commons doing a poor voice over. It all felt a bit 'cheap'.

Press room needs money spent and modernised.

The board room was nice, although it has two pillars bang in the middle of it.

Disappointed on the volume of stuff on display. Although the trophy cabinet was populated, where is the rest?

Nothing interactive, and no cafe.

Hopefully ban the carrots that sit and smoke not caring for folk around them.
Especially in the toilets, it is effing terrible.

I sit in 440, and there are some drips coming off the scoreboard hitting the JS lower. They are about the size of baby elephants and move like bullets, I will wouldn't enjoy getting hit with them.
I found to my cost during the Kilmarnock game in September (I think that was the really Biblically wet day we had) that my seat is directly in one of those drip zones. To say it was unpleasant would be an understatement.
contact jpt to get it sorted - i had a leak above me and he has got it fixed.

I did the stadium tour at Real Madrid in May. It's slick as eff and it's a total money making machine. Obviously we can't operate on that level but we can get some tips from the likes of those.

They could start by telling whoever is digging that effing hole that's had London Rd closed for about 10 years now to get the finger out, WTF is even going on there? i pass it at least twice a week and see no work happening !
It's the secret passageway to the Vatican
:rocker:

I pass the stadium 3 mornings out of 5 each week roughly. It looked absolutely brilliant this morning @ around 7.30am in the dark. The lights that are up in green (Christmas decorations) have the place looking top notch. Celtic way etc.. All looks awesome. Mental note I made to myself when I see it this morning.

Funny you have started this thread with me admiring it today.

In ref to the closed road & for the risk of not sounding like Victor Meldrew it is an utter disgrace it has now been shut for over 6 months, adds 10 minutes to my journey because of traffic lights on alternative routes and what the feck is going on it took so long pretty sure everyone is frustrated by it and the length of time. Heard it was a water leak back in May/June time. Pretty drawn out and that’s an understatement.

NB -Japanese took 48 hours to fix a 30 metre wide and 100 metre low sink hole 3 weeks ago and GCC/Water board take 7 months for a water issue!

Positive is that it looks night and day to the Sevco dome in Govan. What a carsey….they cannot even deny it as well!!!
Would that be the sink hole which began collapsing again last week?

I'd just like hot water in the toilets. Washing your hands in cold water in the middle of December is not fun.
