So what work has been done on the pitch then? New drainage, new undersoil heating, new post base for rugby posts. Anything else?
All the underworks done for the desso pitch going down the season after next.
This new grass will only be down for the upcoming season, then be lifted again.

What's the installation of rugby posts all about? I've missed that one.

With Desso pitch we can host pretty much any event. Probably a "just in case" the opportunity comes up in future.

The Lisbon lions one has been a shampooer for some time. Surely these things are cheap to replace. My TV was 200 quid, few years back it would have been 2 grand. Lawell, get it fkn sorted you caaaaaaaraht.
Know you're only taking the pish but...

No idea how much the ones at Celtic Park cost but the one at Croke Park was €1m.

Magic, hopefully it holds up well throughout the winter.
I was told we're putting a replacement surface down during the winter shut down, before the Desso surface gets installed next summer.

Was told today that along with us rangers also got new LED adboards for this season ( the same ones) our reasoning being we have tired outdated ones, but also to meet UEFA criteria as last season we had to use temp ones of CL games from the playoffs on. Now apparently rangers also made a decision based on UEFA guidelines to install new ones and they won't even be needed. Waste of 800k

Have they paid for them yet? If they haven't I feel another court case might be on the cards.

It is GAA goals that are going in. New York are going to play some matches along with some exhibition matches.
Should be a nice wee earner.
