In a nutshell.
Blame the victims. Do these people not know their own history?
When the education system was being set up in the past centuries Catholics were NOT ALLOWED TO ENROLL!!!
Separate schools were set up at the behest of the RC Church because our children would have been severely disadvantaged.
Thankfully, common sense and decency prevailed and parliament allowed it.
Not to mention the fact that since the concept of schools was fist utilised by mankind there have been SEPARATE schools for a myriad of reasons.....religious, geographical, and proximity etc., etc.
The very fact that NO PROSECUTIONS occurred points firmly to the bias in Scotland. A thug attacked Celtic's manager in full view of millions on TV........NOT PROVEN. This is not the fault of the Celtic community, the blame rests firmly in the establishment camp.
I abhor that they were threatened and I would do everything in my power to support them. It's those on power that need to apply the law without fear or favour.
I wish some would refrain from this blaming the victim and seeing it as a way to show their sense of fairness.
